Requirements

- Qualification: Degree in Accounts or equivalent
- Experience: You are required to have 1-3 years of experience in Accounts or equivalent, accounts payable, accounts receivable, possess good Excel skills and good IT knowledge
Responsibilities
- Assist in the full processing of all customer invoicing and credit notes through our Microsoft Dynamics Accounting System for Global Mintel entities
- Complete accurate invoice income deferrals for monthly revenue recognition
- Manage and review customer contracts via our CRM systems on a Global level to ensure invoices are raised on schedule as well as purchase orders and billing information is up to date and correct
- Manage customer receipt postings assisting Mintelβs credit control team with up to date customer statement reconciliations
- Processing relevant accounting postings in the Microsoft Dynamics accounting system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency of postings
- Assist all Mintel employees and account managers for queries relating to invoicing, purchase orders and billing information
- Provide assistance where necessary throughout the Accounts Department and participate in any queries required during the month end and year end process
