Requirements

  • 1-3 years of experience in a sales development, lead generation, or customer service role
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills: The ability to effectively communicate, build rapport, and connect with people
  • Drive and Ambition: A self-starter with a strong desire to learn and succeed in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to identifying and overcoming obstacles, adapting to changing situations, and finding creative solutions to challenges
  • Research Skills: Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to identify key information and trends
  • Resilience: The ability to handle rejection and stay motivated in the face of challenges
  • Tech Savvy: Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) or similar CRM systems
  • Presentation Skills: Confidence in delivering presentations and articulating the value of our products and services

Responsibilities

  • Conduct thorough research and discovery to identify key decision-makers and understand potential client needs
  • Engage with leads through various channels (phone, email, social media) to assess their interest and fit for our products and services
  • Schedule and coordinate initial meetings between qualified leads and our sales team, ensuring a seamless transition to launch the sales process
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account information in Salesforce (SFDC)
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective lead generation strategies
  • Track and manage your sales pipeline, ensuring leads are nurtured and progressed efficiently
  • Develop a deep understanding of our MedTech products and services to effectively communicate their value proposition
  • Anticipate and address potential client objections in a professional and persuasive manner
  • Strategically manage and prioritize your assigned territory to maximize lead generation potential
