Remote Business Development Representative

Summary

Join Owner.com's growing revenue team as a Business Development Representative to help small businesses grow, with a focus on restaurant owners in the United States. This role is 100% remote and based in Colombia or Mexico.

Requirements

• 6 months - 1 year of experience in software sales, preferably in SMB SaaS
• Consultative, customer-first sales approach
• History of personal and professional excellence
• Lifelong learner mindset and commitment to professional growth and development
• You thrive while working in a fast-paced environment where change is common
• Experience with restaurants (selling to or working in!) is a huge plus
• Reliable high-speed internet connection to support audio conferencing and other online tools
• Proven experience working autonomously in a remote work environment
• Fluent Spanish and English speaker with excellent spoken and written communication skills in both languages

Responsibilities

• Partner with our outbound sales team to generate new business, with a focus on restaurant owners in the United States
• Educate yourself daily by reading, listening to podcasts, and learning from your teammates and peers
• Go above and beyond delivering your quota to help your teammates and the company succeed

Benefits

• The starting compensation for this role is the local equivalent of $45,000 USD OTE ($30,000 USD base + $15,000 USD in on-target commissions, uncapped)
