Responsibilities

• Cold Calling: Lead Generation: Initiate outbound calls to a wide range of potential clients
• Pitching: Clearly and effectively communicate the benefits of our products/services
• Handling Objections: Address and overcome potential client concerns or objections
• Follow-ups: Schedule and execute timely follow-up calls to nurture leads
• Data Entry: Customer Information Management: Enter and update customer data in the CRM system accurately
• Record Keeping: Maintain comprehensive call logs and records of customer interactions and transactions
• Data Quality: Ensure all data entry tasks are performed with a high level of accuracy
• Profile Updates: Assist in the creation and updating of detailed customer profiles
