Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on customer acquisition and performance marketing
  • Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing marketing teams
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making
  • Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, including Paid Media, Affiliate Marketing, Performance Marketing, and Lifecycle Marketing
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms

Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a diverse team of marketing professionals across paid media, affiliate marketing, performance marketing, and lifecycle marketing
  • Foster a collaborative and high-performance culture, setting clear goals and expectations for the team
  • Develop and implement team processes, workflows, and best practices to maximize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business goals
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities through data analysis, market research, and competitive analysis
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives
  • Measure and optimize Cost Per Acquisition (CPA) and Return on Advertising Spend (ROAS) to ensure efficient spending and high (incremental) returns
  • Continuously assess overall paid acquisition performance, identifying opportunities for improvement and scaling successful tactics
  • Manage the growth marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and maximization of ROI
