Requirements

  • Minimum of 7-10 years' product leadership experience

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with senior and executive leadership to define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap
  • Forge a strong partnership with technology leadership to oversee the entire product development lifecycle, from ideation through to launch and post-launch optimization
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities, customer needs, and industry trends
  • Drive product initiatives aimed at increasing revenue, profitability, customer acquisition, and retention
  • Prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demand, and business objectives
  • Work closely with executives and senior leadership teams in engineering, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development from concept to launch
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and track performance against targets
  • Lead and mentor a team of product managers and product owners, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence in partnership with our technology team
