Join the NetBrain Pre-Sales Engineering team as a Field Pre-Sales Engineer and provide technical expertise to customers, helping close six and seven figure deals with Fortune 100 companies.
Requirements
- Have a Bachelorβs degree or equivalent certification
- Extensive knowledge of major vendorsβ networking products configurations, operations, and deployments
- Experience implementing and troubleshooting dynamic routing protocols, QOS, Security, MPLS, Multicast, etc
- Excellent verbal and written communicator with strong technical presentation skills
- Ability to travel up to 50% within your territory
Responsibilities
- Perform various pre-sales demos of NetBrain software both on-site and online for prospective customers
- Provide technical leadership in the NetBrain Assisted Proof of Concept process via on-site and remote meetings with customers
- Perform deep analysis of customers' network environment by capturing requirements and IT management pain points and propose the most suitable solutions
- Provide technical leadership on network technologies and deployments to internal NetBrain teams
- Make recommendations on potential product improvements to the product development team according to customer feedback
- Train and assist customers on using the many features of NetBrain to manage their network
- Be the technical point of contact to prospective customers via online meetings, phone or email
