Summary
Join OffSec as the Global Head of Sales Enablement to develop and execute a robust sales enablement strategy, focusing on Command of the Message (CoM). As a leader, you will drive global revenue growth by aligning go-to-market strategies with actionable sales enablement programs. The ideal candidate has extensive experience in building and implementing enterprise sales motions that integrate CoM.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement
- Deep understanding of the Command of the Message (CoM) framework or similar methodologies
- Proven experience in developing and scaling enterprise sales processes globally, with a focus on measurable impact
- Strong expertise in building and executing sales enablement programs that enhance performance across global teams
- Comprehensive understanding of sales operations, processes, and tools to create high-impact enablement strategies
- Exceptional leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, capable of conveying complex ideas to diverse audiences
- Data-driven mindset with a proven ability to assess enablement program effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
Responsibilities
- Drive the global enablement strategy
- Lead the creation, maintenance, and deployment of Command of the Message (CoM) across all sales teams
- Develop, implement, and optimize a comprehensive enterprise sales motion that integrates CoM and supports global revenue growth
- Build scalable enablement programs and tools for sales teams
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product leadership to ensure enablement strategies align with overall go-to-market initiatives
- Design and deliver global onboarding programs, as well as continuous training to keep sales teams up-to-date on product offerings, competitive landscape, and sales methodologies
- Ensure that sales teams have access to the right tools and technology to maximize productivity and effectiveness
- Track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of enablement programs, using data-driven insights to optimize and iterate strategies
- Ensure clear communication and alignment between Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to maintain consistency in messaging and customer engagement
Preferred Qualifications
- Prior experience in technology or cybersecurity-related fields
- Experience in coaching and mentoring global sales teams
- Familiarity with MEDDPIC or similar sales methodologies
