Responsibilities
- Lead and Mentor a High-Performing SDR Team: Inspire and guide a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) by providing tailored coaching, mentorship, and support to help them reach both individual and collective goals
- Strategic Performance Optimization: Develop and execute innovative strategies to enhance SDR performance, implementing best practices in prospecting, outreach cadences, and targeted messaging to maximize effectiveness
- Data-Driven Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the SDR team's success, identifying areas for growth and improvement to continually elevate team performance
- Collaborative Alignment with Sales Leadership: Work closely with the sales leadership team to ensure seamless alignment between SDR efforts and other sales functions, optimizing the lead to opportunity handoff process for maximum efficiency
- Utilization of Sales Tools: Leverage Salesforce, Outreach, ZoomInfo, 6sense, and other sales enablement tools to streamline SDR workflows, driving operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Industry Awareness and Strategy Integration: Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in email authentication and security, integrating domain data and insights into the teamβs strategies and processes to maintain a competitive edge
- Cross-Departmental Collaboration for Messaging: Collaborate with Content and Product Marketing to craft compelling messaging that effectively converts inbound interest while proactively engaging warm accounts to generate a robust pipeline of qualified leads
