About this role

We are seeking a highly organized and process-driven Operations Director to optimize and oversee our company’s operational functions. In this role, you will be responsible for streamlining processes, coordinating across teams, and ensuring smooth execution of operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of operational best practices, a knack for automation, and a proven ability to manage and improve complex processes.

How will your daily work look like?

• Process Optimization: Continuously analyze, monitor, and optimize existing processes to enhance efficiency and productivity

• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal and external teams to coordinate activities and ensure alignment across departments

• Process Automation: Identify opportunities for automation and implement solutions to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort

• Team Management: Lead and mentor the Operations team, providing guidance and support to team members

• Security Management: Oversee the company infrastructure, tools, and access controls to ensure data security and confidentiality

• Legal Compliance: Oversee the legal department and ensure compliance with legal requirements related to data processing and security

• International Expansion: Support the operational management of our branch in Saudi Arabia

What qualifications do you need to join us?

• 5+ years of experience as an Operations Director role in the IT industry

• Solid understanding of operational management best practices

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience in process mapping, optimization, and automation

• Ability to lead and motivate teams

• Knowledge of data security and privacy regulations

• Experience in international business operations would be a plus

• Fluent both Polish and English
