Join us as an Agency Partner Manager and help build out our momentum in the strategic accounts space by recruiting and nurturing relationships with our ecosystem of technology and services partners.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as quota carrying Sales, Alliance, Channel, Partner Manager, Partner Marketing Manager, BDR, SDR
  • Proven ability to work with cross functional teams both internally and externally
  • History of establishing new relationships with partners/customers
  • Experience in a SaaS role is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Qualify applications and partner leads through the partner portal and Algolia website
  • Nurture and grow a community of 250+ Algolia partners in EMEA through campaign recruitment, webinars, blogpost
  • Recruit and build relationships with selected local digital agencies, advisor firms, system integrators, technology companies - through marketing activities, training and enablement sessions, updates on sales resources and new product developments to support the SMB/Commercial segments
  • Manage partner pipelines and work with the sales team to ensure partner sales execution against leads
