Remote Partner Relationship Manager

Requirements

• Passion for supporting police, first responders, and other government agencies
• 3-5 years of experience in Public Sector partner management, account management, channel sales, or business development, preferably in the software or technology sectors
• Knowledge of law enforcement operations and software solutions is highly desirable
• Prior experience working cross functionally with product management, legal, and marketing teams
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities

Responsibilities

• Partner Development: Identify , onboard, and manage relationships with resale partners, including distributors and resellers
• Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop and implement strategies that align with company goals and drive partner success
• Training and Support: Provide training and resources to partners to ensure they understand our software solutions and can effectively sell them to the right customers
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze partner performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, product, and customer success teams to create effective promotional materials and campaigns that support partners
• Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from partners and relay it to internal teams to help refine products and services
