• Leverage first principles thinking to surface systems-level inefficiencies and architect high-impact interventions across critical operational functions within the marketplace
• Dig multiple layers deep to the ground floor to understand key operational problems & rationalize business trends to empirical data
• Map out user journeys & SOPs across various touchpoints, identifying pain points and opportunities for process optimization
