Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience building and leading sales teams with at least 5-7+ years selling to Commercial customers
  • Hypergrowth experience, scaling teams
  • Deep understanding and experience in selling technology to Commercial customers. Identity Access Management (IAM) or Privilege Access Management (PAM) is a plus for this role though not required
  • Track record of overachievement in selling, in both direct sales and through partners and SI’s
  • Comfortable having both business and high-level technical conversations with a CTO, CIO or CISO
  • Ideally, understand the IT security marketplace
  • Deep knowledge of the SaaS industry
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute both short-term and long-term sales plans
  • Strong planning, writing, presentation and communication skills
  • Hunter' mindset with the ability to learn, adapt and improve constantly

Responsibilities

  • Report directly into the CRO with full ownership of the Commercial team
  • Work closely with the GTM leadership team to define our go-to-market (GTM) strategy, setting sales targets, driving performance metrics within the Commercial market
  • Define sales goals with leadership team and implement processes, infrastructure and hiring to drive revenue and large scale adoption of YubiKeys
  • Provide coaching and support to the first line managers of their teams in representing Yubico
  • Continue to build and scale the Commercial customers, focusing on recruiting and inspiring strong champions who actively advocate for Yubico
  • Plan and manage at both the strategic and operational levels, helping to steer deals personally as needed
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a distributed team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and high performance
  • Participate in regular company and office meetings to share Sales team progress, identify blockers and drive resolution
  • Represent Yubico at industry events, conferences and networking functions to raise brand awareness and generate new business opportunities

Tasks & Responsibilities:

$380,000 - $400,000 a year

Yubico offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work. This role has the annual  salary range of $190,000 to $200,000 plus $190,000 to $200,000 target compensation for a candidate located in the San Francisco Bay Area. For roles that are filled in other locations, the compensation range will be based on the data for local cost of labor provided by the Economic Research Institute. Final compensation is also based on a number of factors including, but not limited to,  job-related knowledge, skills, and experience
