Join Rula as our Revenue Training Manager and play a pivotal role in empowering our Provider Sales & Success team. Prior experience in quota-carrying sales or as a healthcare provider is highly valued. Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement, as well as 3+ years of quota-carrying sales or account management experience OR 6+ years of experience across Revenue Enablement functions OR 3+ years as a licensed healthcare provider, as well as 3+ years of experience in Revenue Enablement
- Proven track record of improving the output of sellers and reducing deal cycle length across a distributed team
- Strong understanding of sales processes and modern methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC, Challenger, SPIN)
- Excellent learning and development fundamentals, especially with regard to written communication, learning design, visual design and training facilitation
- Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies (e.g., CRM, LMS, content management systems)
Responsibilities
- Support the rapidly growing Provider Sales & Success team
- Develop a highly effective Revenue Enablement function
- Equip sales and success reps with critical knowledge and skills
- Consultatively partner with Provider Sales leadership to identify areas of opportunity
- Implement learning solutions that improve outcomes and enhance productivity
Preferred Qualifications
- Proficiency with stakeholder management and service-minded leadership skills
- Proficiency applying curiosity and experimentation to solve ambiguous problems
- Experience in a mix of scaled and high-growth startup environments
- Excellent project management and organizational skills
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g. Excel, Google Sheets, SQL, Looker)
- Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in mental health or telehealth services
