Summary

Join ZenGRC as the Sales & Marketing Operations Administrator and play a critical role in revenue growth by managing and optimizing Salesforce and Marketo platforms. You will bridge gaps between marketing, sales, customer experience, and finance, ensuring seamless data flow and accurate reporting. Key responsibilities include configuring and maintaining Salesforce and Marketo, building integrations, creating marketing automation workflows, developing data quality standards, generating reports, providing training, troubleshooting issues, and managing the lead lifecycle. The ideal candidate possesses 3-5+ years of experience in sales or marketing operations, proven experience with Salesforce-Marketo integrations, and strong understanding of marketing automation. Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of experience in sales operations, marketing operations, or combined roles
  • Proven experience building and maintaining Salesforce-Marketo integrations
  • Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and lead management processes
  • Advanced knowledge of reporting tools and data analysis
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional communication skills
  • Strong technical problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Advanced Excel skills for data manipulation and analysis

Responsibilities

  • Configure and maintain both Salesforce and Marketo platforms, including user management, field updates, workflow rules, and automation setup
  • Build and optimize integrations between marketing and sales platforms to ensure seamless data flow and accurate reporting
  • Create and maintain marketing automation workflows, email templates, landing pages, and forms in Marketo
  • Develop and enforce data quality standards across both platforms, including lead scoring, routing rules, and deduplication processes
  • Design and generate cross-functional reports and dashboards that track key marketing and sales metrics
  • Provide technical training and documentation for sales and marketing teams on all platform features and processes
  • Troubleshoot system issues and serve as the primary point of contact for technical support
  • Manage and optimize the lead lifecycle from marketing qualification through sales handoff
