Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s Degree or 1+ years of relevant experience working in a sales development role
  • Detail-oriented in your organizational processes and deliverables
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
  • Motivation to meet and exceed measurable performance goals
  • Interest and ability to learn technical concepts and new tools quickly

Responsibilities

  • Generate interest in Chromatic by clearly messaging Chromaticโ€™s key benefits and unique features in a relevant/personalized way across email, social channels, and other forms of outreach
  • Analyze our existing customer data to determine which free accounts represent the greatest near-term opportunities
  • Book qualified meetings with senior prospects + key decision-makers
  • Collaborate with your team and manager throughout the inside sales process
  • Meet defined activity and quality goals to drive pipeline growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Work closely with Account Executives and your Manager to refine strategies and messaging for better results

Preferred Qualifications

Bonus: You have held previous customer-facing roles and have a technical background or experience with technical selling

Benefits

Salary Range: US $80,000 - $100,000 OTE + equity
