Requirements

  • Sales Background: Understands the goals and importance of outbound prospecting and how to leverage provided tools to generate meeting opportunities
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication to effectively convey value propositions and engage prospects
  • Active Listening: Ability to understand prospect needs and respond appropriately
  • Research Skills: Proficiency in using tools and techniques to gather information about prospects and their businesses
  • Time Management: Efficiently managing time to balance prospecting, follow-ups, and other tasks
  • CRM Proficiency: Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software for tracking and managing leads
  • Objection Handling: Capability to address and overcome objections effectively
  • Cold Calling Skills: Confidence and skill in making cold calls to potential leads
  • Email Outreach: Crafting compelling and personalized emails to engage prospects

Responsibilities

Help create lead lists within selected micro-markets and perform cold outreach via email, social media and phone (outbound), as well as field inquiries from the website and other channels (inbound). Set appointments with high-quality prospects for AEs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in a sales role, especially in outbound sales or telemarketing
  • Industry Experience: Experience in the same or a related industry can be beneficial
  • Market Knowledge: Awareness of the industry, market trends, and the target audience
  • Sales Process Knowledge: Familiarity with the stages of the sales cycle and the typical journey of a lead from prospecting to closing
