Summary
Join COMPLY, a leading global provider of regulatory compliance software, as a Sales Development Representative (SDR) in London. As an SDR, you will spearhead outbound demand generation, scheduling meetings with prospective C-suite executives. This role provides rapid training and promotion opportunities. You will uncover potential opportunities, call and email compliance professionals, partner with account executives, become an expert on prospect needs and software, and track activities via Salesforce and Outreach. The ideal candidate possesses enthusiasm for fast-paced environments, a desire to learn, and the ability to write effective emails. Previous experience in SaaS sales and a BA/BS degree are preferred.
Requirements
- Enthusiasm for working on a fast-paced team in a high growth company setting
- Desire to learn, be coached, and succeed in outbound tech sales
- Willingness to make targeted outbound calls as a major part of the prospecting process
- Ability to write succinct and thoughtful emails, while researching to include personalization
- High level of organization and self-motivation
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
Responsibilities
- Uncover potential opportunities by having conversations and setting meetings with prospective buyers
- Calling and emailing compliance professionals within a designated territory
- Partner with an account executive and collaborate on how to best generate sales opportunities
- Become an expert on the needs of our prospects and our software
- Work closely with senior team members and leaders to help discover new areas of opportunity
- Track and forecast all activities via Salesforce and Outreach
- Represent the COMPLY portfolio of brands with integrity in all internal and external communications
Preferred Qualifications
Customer-facing role in retail or hospitality is a plus, previous experience in SaaS sales preferred
