You will identify, engage, and qualify high-potential buyers, focusing on net new logos. This role involves outbound lead generation, strategic messaging customization, close collaboration with marketing and sales teams, and performance optimization. You will maintain accurate CRM records, adhere to SLAs, and ensure consistent reporting. Success requires strong communication skills, CRM and sales enablement tool familiarity, and a self-starter mindset. Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in sales, lead generation, or outbound prospecting
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools (e.g., Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo)
- Curiosity and a self-starter mindset—you’re not afraid to dive into new verticals or conversations. You’ll pick up the phone and make the call
Responsibilities
- Outbound Prospecting & Lead Qualification : Research and prioritize high-potential accounts, execute multi-channel outreach, qualify leads, and maintain accurate CRM records
- Strategic Messaging : Customize messaging by persona and industry, iterate based on feedback and performance data, and test outbound sequences for effectiveness
- Collaboration & Handoff : Partner closely with Marketing and Sales teams, provide feedback on campaigns, and ensure smooth lead handoffs with detailed documentation
- Performance & Optimization : Meet or exceed outreach and conversion targets while continuously seeking feedback and coaching for improvement
- Process Discipline : Adhere to SLAs, maintain clean data in Salesforce, and ensure consistent reporting and pipeline visibility
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Field Service, Telecom, IT Services, Technology, Staffing, or Retail preferred
