Requirements

  • Relevant Experience: Proven track record in a sales or lead generation role, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Sales Knowledge & Acumen: Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
  • Excellence in communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written
  • Goal-Oriented: Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to meet or exceed targets and quotas
  • Relationship Building: A natural relationship builder with a strong ability to establish rapport and credibility with prospects
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions, customer needs, and sales strategies

Responsibilities

  • Ramp up the B2B arm of the RevoU business in Indonesia
  • Acquire and qualify Outbound Leads using various prospecting methods
  • Leads Nurturing: Develop relationships with leads through regular follow-ups, personalized communications, and relevant content
  • Database Management: Accurately record and maintain lead information, activities, and progress in the CRM system
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
  • Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, and other stakeholders to align efforts, share insights, and continuously improve lead generation and conversion strategies
