This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, utilizing dialer systems, and maintaining accurate records in a CRM system.

Requirements

• Proven experience handling a high volume of calls and effectively qualifying leads
• Experience using dialer systems like Kixie or similar tools
• Familiarity with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, for managing lead and opportunity data
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to engage and persuade leads effectively
• Demonstrated motivation, enthusiasm, and a go-getter attitude towards achieving sales goals and driving performance

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of calls to potential leads, introducing the company’s services and generating interest
• Screen and qualify leads through effective communication, identifying potential opportunities and ensuring they meet the company's criteria
• Use Kixie or similar dialer systems to streamline call processes and improve efficiency
• Maintain accurate records and manage the pipeline using a CRM system, preferably Salesforce, to track lead progress and follow-ups
• Conduct follow-ups with leads and opportunities, ensuring timely and effective communication to move prospects through the sales funnel
• Oversee and manage the sales pipeline, ensuring that leads are nurtured and converted into opportunities
