Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, agriculture, or a related field OR 3-4 years relevant work experience
  • 1-2 years’ experience in sales, customer service, or a related role, ideally in agriculture, technology, or drone services
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to build relationships and convey technical information effectively
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot) and other sales enablement software
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills

Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads to assess needs, qualify sales opportunities, and ensure a smooth transition to the Account Executives
  • Conduct research and outreach to potential customers via calls, emails, and social media to introduce Rantizo's products and generate interest
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings for the sales team with prospective clients, including farm operators, agronomists, and agricultural service providers
  • Actively build and maintain a robust pipeline by following up on various lead sources and managing leads in the CRM
  • Develop a deep understanding of both spray drone technology and Rantizo’s software and services to effectively communicate value propositions and address customer questions
  • Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align strategies, share insights on lead quality, and provide feedback to improve outreach efforts
  • Track and report on lead generation metrics, conversion rates, and pipeline status

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Crop Protection industry strongly preferred—agronomist, drone or aerial application, familiarity with product label requirements and safe application techniques
  • Passion for agriculture- direct experience with growers and retailers preferred
