Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or outbound marketing
  • Excellent spoken and written English (C1+)
  • Experience with B2B markets in the EU, US, Canada
  • Strong communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach
  • Experience in sales or outreach, particularly within the tech or software industry
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools

Responsibilities

  • Reach out to new leads and set up demos
  • Conduct sales demos with new prospects
  • Manage the sales process from demo to deal closure
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
  • Work closely with the Product team to relay valuable customer feedback and insights
  • Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with overall business goals
  • Record all interactions and lead data in the CRM system
  • Provide regular reports on outreach activities, demo success rates, deal closures, and overall pipeline health

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
  • Understanding of helpdesk, CRM market
