Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, sales, or outbound marketing
- Excellent spoken and written English (C1+)
- Experience with B2B markets in the EU, US, Canada and similar
- Strong communication skills with a persuasive and engaging approach
- Experience in sales or outreach, particularly within the tech or software industry
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tracking tools
Responsibilities
- Reach out to new leads and set up demos
- Conduct sales demos with new prospects
- Manage the sales process from demo to deal closure
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads
- Upsell existing clients by introducing new features and product enhancements
- Work closely with the Product team to relay valuable customer feedback and insights
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies with overall business goals
- Record all interactions and lead data in the CRM system
- Provide regular reports on outreach activities, demo success rates, deal closures, and overall pipeline health
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Understanding of helpdesk, CRM market
- Good sense of humor π
