Summary

The job is for an SDR role in a US-based company, where the employee will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through high-volume outbound calling and managing sales pipeline using HubSpot. Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound calling, with a track record of meeting or exceeding call and conversion targets
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM, including lead management, pipeline tracking, and reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to prospective clients
  • Utilize HubSpot CRM to track, manage, and analyze leads and sales activities
  • Develop and execute targeted outreach strategies
  • Qualify leads based on established criteria
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between qualified prospects and the sales team
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine messaging, improve outreach strategies, and share insights
  • Maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
  • Continuously monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize calling strategies

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in staffing or recruitment sales
