Summary

Join a leading provider of customer and employee experience research as a Sales Development Representative (SDR). This remote, full-time position involves managing the entire sales process, from initial outreach to deal closure. You will lead generation and outreach, coordinate meetings, manage the proposal process, and utilize Hubspot for tracking and optimization. The ideal candidate possesses proven sales development experience, proficiency with Hubspot, excellent communication skills, and strong project management abilities. Requirements

  • Proven experience in sales development or similar customer-facing roles
  • Proficiency with Hubspot or similar CRM systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while supporting a team
  • Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and priorities

Responsibilities

  • Execute strategic outreach campaigns to potential clients and partners using Hubspot
  • Manage both warm and cold lead outreach initiatives, representing the team's voice and maintaining brand consistency
  • Cultivate relationships with prospects through personalized communication strategies
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between prospects and sales team members
  • Manage meeting logistics, including participant identification, agenda creation, and calendar management
  • Handle all meeting follow-up activities, including distribution of materials and next steps
  • Serve as a client-facing representative for coordination and follow-up communications
  • Project manage the entire proposal process through to deal closure
  • Utilize Hubspot to track and optimize all sales activities
  • Maintain detailed records of all prospect interactions and sales pipeline status
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of proposals and materials

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in B2B sales or business development
  • Experience with sales pipeline management
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences
  • Proficiency in standard business software and collaboration tools
