Responsibilities

  • Knowledge Management: Develop and maintain robust knowledge management systems, ensuring easy access to up-to-date information for sales and customer support teams
  • Training Design and Delivery: Create and implement comprehensive training programs for sales and customer success teams, including onboarding, product knowledge, and continuous learning initiatives
  • Content Strategy: Collaborate with Product Marketing to develop and refine training materials and sales enablement content that align with overall marketing and product strategies
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to identify knowledge gaps and create targeted enablement solutions
  • Performance Metrics and ROI: Establish and track key performance indicators to measure the effectiveness of enablement programs and demonstrate ROI to stakeholders
  • Sales Tools and Technology: Manage and optimize sales enablement tools and technologies, such as LMS platforms and content management systems
  • Global Support: Collaborate with global teams to support localization of enablement content and address market-specific needs
  • Continuous Improvement: Regularly assess and refine enablement programs based on feedback, performance metrics, and evolving business needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Ad-Tech, SaaS, or travel industries
  • Familiarity with Salesforce CRM
  • Knowledge of various training methods, including virtual training, e-learning, and hands-on workshops
  • Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools (Showpad experience a plus)
