Requirements

  • Hold a degree, ideally in business administration, economics, or a related field, or possess an equivalent qualification
  • Have solid experience in software sales and a deep understanding of optimizing sales processes
  • Possess strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement and use data to drive process efficiency
  • Be an excellent communicator with extensive project management experience, especially in managing complex projects
  • Have outstanding communication and presentation skills to clearly and convincingly convey complex topics
  • Have significant experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and know how to leverage them to improve sales processes effectively

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional projects in the sales domain, working with teams such as Customer Success, Legal, Marketing, and Product to ensure seamless collaboration across departments and enhance the efficiency of sales processes
  • Organize webinars and campaigns to unlock new sales opportunities
  • Optimize sales processes, for example, by conducting employee training to maximize cross-selling potential
  • Identify areas for improvement in sales processes and develop initiatives to increase efficiency
  • Establish and standardize sales processes to create clear structures and improve collaboration between Sales and Customer Success, always keeping the customer perspective in mind
  • Analyze KPIs and sales metrics to identify improvement opportunities and provide actionable recommendations
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve growth targets
  • Manage and enhance the company’s revenue tech stack to ensure all systems work seamlessly together and are used effectively
  • Maintain a clear pipeline and deliver accurate revenue forecasts

Preferred Qualifications

Have experience mentoring colleagues and supporting the team in refining and optimizing sales processes
