Summary

The job is for a Sales Manager position in the Nordics, Benelux & Dach regions, reporting to the Sales Director EMEA. The role involves executing a sales strategy, building relationships with key decision-makers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of sales experience, strong communication skills, and experience in selling hardware and/or software solutions into the AV industries.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of direct sales and reselling networks in previously sales roles
  • Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence in managed regions

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales strategy that focuses on acquiring and retaining clients in our Virtual Production, Immersive Experience and Corporate verticals across the UK and Ireland
  • Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within corporate organisations, establishing trust and credibility and identifying opportunities for collaboration and growth
  • Work to individual and team targets, as well as focused KPIs
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, inside sales, and finance to ensure programs align with company goals and objectives
  • Produce accurate forecasts for sales of products and services monthly
  • Balance outbound prospecting for new business with key account management of existing clients
  • Identifying new opportunities for revenue generation, and effectively leveraging cross-selling and upselling opportunities
  • Working with our direct partner network to increase disguise’s presence in the UK
  • Track and follow up on all sales leads generated from all sources for the territory
  • Organise demos and technical pre-sales and post-sales activity using the Technical Solutions team
  • Work with the Sales Admin to process quotes, orders, invoicing and delivery of goods to customers
  • Manage expense budgets to control expenditures
  • Work with the EMEA Sales Director to plan, resolve issues and ensure good communication across the team
  • Work with the marketing team & HOD to generate interest and knowledge of the brand across the UK and Ireland
  • Maintain a “customer champion” outlook

Preferred Qualifications

Experience selling / has existing relationships across Corporate AV, Immersive Experiences (Museums, Theme Parks ect) or has any experience of sales into the film and tv industries
