Summary
Join Insightec, a growing medical technology company, as a sales professional focused on selling high-value capital equipment for imaging and/or therapy in the medical device industry. You will be responsible for meeting and exceeding sales targets, developing and implementing sales strategies, delivering impactful presentations, representing Insightec at industry events, and managing key opinion leaders. The role requires a minimum of 8 years of experience in medical device sales, specifically in selling high-value capital equipment to hospitals. Success in large capital sales and a strong understanding of market dynamics in Neurosurgery, Neurology, and/or Radiology are essential. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a company transforming patient lives through innovative incisionless surgery.
Requirements
- A minimum of 8 years in the medical devices industry, specifically in the sale of high-value capital for imaging and/or therapy equipment to hospitals
- A strong track record in large capital sales and business closure, ideally involving disruptive technologies
- In-depth understanding of market dynamics in areas such as Neurosurgery, Neurology and or Radiology
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A collaborative team player who works well across functions
- A high level of integrity and professionalism in all interactions
- Creative and resourceful in addressing challenges and finding solutions
Responsibilities
- Consistently meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets for orders, treatments, and revenue growth
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to your territory that align with corporate goals and marketing strategy
- Deliver impactful sales presentations to key clients and strategic accounts, showcasing InSightecβs unique value propositions
- Act as the face of InSightec at industry congresses and meetings to enhance product visibility and market presence
- Establish and nurture relationships with Key Opinion Leaders to strengthen brand credibility and drive sustainable growth
- Generate positive cooperations with the different Insightec functional supporting the territories
- Prepare regular sales reports using CRM tools, highlighting sales volume, potential growth areas, and strategies for client base expansion
- Monitor and analyze competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic decisions
- Work according to Insightec Quality Policy, relevant Quality Procedures & Standards, and privacy & safety rules

- A robust professional network within relevant healthcare sectors
- Experience in business development
- Previous experience in sales management
- A self-starter with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively
- Strong structured and conceptual thinking abilities, complemented by a hands-on approach
- Experience in Medical Device industry
