Responsibilities
- Conduct 30 to 45 minutes daily cold calling and appointment setting to generate a steady flow of qualified leads
- Host a 10 to 15-minute SDR/Qualifying Call via phone with leads to assess their needs, utilizing pre-completed questionnaires
- Lead 30 to 45-minute Personalized Discovery Calls via Zoom to present tailored Virtual Assistant solutions
- Seamlessly onboard new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and fostering long-term satisfaction
- Follow up with no-shows and reschedules to maximize conversion rates and improve efficiency
- Use data analytics to track trends, improve strategies, and refine the sales process for optimized performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver an exceptional and unified customer experience
- Consistently meet and exceed sales targets, earning generous commissions and performance bonuses
