Summary

The Sales Operations Analyst will develop and maintain sales analytics reports, build out automated reporting, partner with key stakeholders, conduct analysis of various aspects of sales operations, and assist with monthly/quarterly/annual planning. The role requires a Bachelor's degree, 2-3 years of sales operations experience in a SaaS environment, strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, proficiency with Microsoft Excel, and experience as an experienced Salesforce user. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of sales operations in a SaaS environment
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Highly proficient with Microsoft Excel (index(match), use of keyboard shortcuts, etc.)
  • Experienced Salesforce user
  • Ability to prioritize workload to meet deadlines
  • Able to work independently as well as with a team in a fast-paced

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain sales analytics reports and dashboards in Salesforce to provide actionable insights that support data-driven decision-making for the sales leadership teams
  • Build out automated reporting using tableau or other business intelligence tools
  • Partner with key stakeholders in sales, marketing, operations, and finance on sales process and data
  • Conduct analysis of sales, territory management, Salesforce improvements, commission management, etc
  • Proactively monitor the quality and data integrity of sales data and highlight improvement opportunities
  • Evaluation and onboarding of new sales efficiency tools
  • Assist with monthly/quarterly/annual planning including the setting of revenue targets, commission management
