Summary
Join E2open as a Sales Operations Business Partner and collaborate closely with sales teams to enhance their sales strategies. You will play a key role in managing sales forecasts, pipelines, and KPIs, identifying areas for operational improvement, and recommending process changes. This position requires expertise in Salesforce reporting and analysis, strong analytical skills, and experience in sales operations or a related field. The role involves working with sales leadership to ensure they have the necessary insights and tools to achieve their goals. The position is remote in most states, excluding NY, CO, CA, and WA. A Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience are required.
Requirements
- A solid understanding of the sales process and methodologies in a SaaS environment
- Experience with managing sales forecasts, particularly in new business, upselling, or renewals
- Strong analytical skills β you can interpret data and recommend actions based on your findings
- A knack for working in a matrixed environment and driving cross-functional collaboration
- Expertise in Salesforce, especially with reporting and dashboards, as well as advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
- A technical mindset, comfortable adapting to new tools and systems
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Project Management, or Finance
- A Bachelorβs degree (required)
Responsibilities
- Support sales leaders in managing their sales forecasts and pipelines, ensuring the team stays on track to hit targets
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, and other teams to streamline processes and adapt to changes as the business evolves
- Use data to identify trends and provide actionable insights to sales leadership to improve performance
- Ensure sales teams are using tools like Salesforce effectively, offering training and guidance as needed
- Work closely with the Total Rewards team to ensure accurate commissions and provide feedback on compensation design
- Regularly track sales data for accuracy, share insights with teams, and work towards addressing performance gaps
- Develop custom reports in Salesforce to meet the specific needs of the business
