Summary
Join Wellhub, a corporate wellness platform, as a BPO Sales Operations Manager (SMB) in SΓ£o Paulo! Manage third-party operations focused on small businesses, implementing best practices in digital sales and process automation. Collaborate with marketing, client success, and product development teams to achieve sales targets. Design and implement strategies, build dashboards and KPIs, and foster team development. This role requires B2B sales experience, strong digital marketing comprehension, and leadership skills. Requirements
- Relevant experience in sales in B2B companies (previous experience with SMBs will be a plus)
- Excellent comprehension of digital marketing, lead generation, funnel conversions
- Previous formal experience in leading and managing sales teams. Be a leader that is worried about developing his/her teams
- Fluent in Portuguese and English is mandatory and Spanish will be a plus
- Experience in planning, developing the strategy, implementing, and managing sales processes and teams . These efforts should be easily scalable in the mid-run
- Quantitative skills to build business models, dashboards and conduct KPIs analyses. Use data to drive all decisions and finish all tests
- Hands-on mindset, be an excellent communicator and creative thinker
Responsibilities
- Manage a third-party operation focused on small companies
- Implementation of the best practices in digital sales and process automation in sales
- Be a team player to work collaboratively across teams (Marketing, Client Success and Product Development)
- Design and implement the strategies necessary to achieve the sales targets
- Promote training and development
- Build dashboards, KPIs, sales forecasts, commissions plan, career path for the team members
- Think strategically, analytically, and creatively about new ways to convert B2B customers to increase self service sales
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in Start-ups or in SaaS companies will be a plus
- Proven ability to use Salesforce, dialer software, chat tools, and CRM tools (ex: HubSpot) will be a plus
- Previous experience managing third party operations will be a plus
