Requirements

  • Previous relevant work experience in Sales Operations and/or at a management consulting firm, investment bank, technology company or comparable experience
  • Fluent in English, as you will be working with international stakeholders across all regions
  • Experience building business models and conducting sophisticated analyses
  • Able to credibly and compellingly present and debate recommendations with senior leadership
  • Proactive: capable of seeking information, solving conceptual problems, corralling resources, and delivering results in challenging situations
  • A team player who works collaboratively and effectively across a diverse set of functions, backgrounds, and working styles

Responsibilities

  • Execute and scale day-to-day operations processes (e.g., defining OKRs, tracking performance, driving forecasting, creating reports, reporting business results, etc)
  • Define and execute the foundations of sales operations (e.g., building territories, setting targets, optimizing book of accounts, planning (budget), etc)
  • Manage variable compensation model, targets, and attainment
  • Establish working relationships with business leaders and other cross-functional teams
  • Monitor metrics and proactively bring insights to the Sales leadership team. Highlight best-performing regions and identify drivers behind over and under-performance
  • Develop data-driven decisions on topics including: forecasting, growth/churn strategy, territory optimization, process improvement, sales incentive design, and product mix analysis
  • Play a pivotal role in our annual strategic planning process by making recommendations in areas such as go-to-market strategy, how to restructure/grow teams, and improve rep productivity
  • Manage sales tools to foster a more structured management of Wellhub commercial activities
  • Get your hands dirty in the data but also step up to own sales strategy and planning

Preferred Qualifications
