Requirements
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator (3-6 Years)
- Salesforce.com certified and experience with Flow and App builder
- Experience in managing and customizing Salesforce to meet specific business needs
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and training skills
- Proven ability to manage and maintain a Salesforce CRM system
- Experience implementing or maintaining a CPQ system
- Strong research and account development skills
- Demonstrated track record of exceeding performance targets
- Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM system to ensure efficient lead management and accurate reporting
- Integrate and Manage CRM extension applications as necessary (Outreach, People.ai, Zoominfo, and more)
- Customize Salesforce to meet the cross functional needs of Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success
- Develop and implement Salesforce and CRM landscape best practices and training programs for team members
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce system
- Leverage data loader and other mass cleaning tools to keep the org well maintained healthy
- Create and manage dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
- Implement and maintain automation within Salesforce to streamline processes
- Maintain direct communication with Enterprise Account Executives to effectively manage opportunities
- Enable and Train end-users on existing and new tools as necessary
