Requirements

  • Salesforce.com certified and experience with Flow and App builder
  • Experience in managing and customizing Salesforce to meet specific business needs
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and training skills
  • Proven ability to manage and maintain a Salesforce CRM system
  • Experience implementing or maintaining a CPQ system
  • Strong research and account development skills
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding performance targets
  • Positive and energetic phone skills, excellent listening skills, strong writing skills

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain the Salesforce CRM system to ensure efficient lead management and accurate reporting
  • Integrate and Manage CRM extension applications as necessary (Outreach, People.ai, Zoominfo, and more)
  • Customize Salesforce to meet the cross functional needs of Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Customer Success
  • Develop and implement Salesforce and CRM landscape best practices and training programs for team members
  • Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Salesforce system
  • Leverage data loader and other mass cleaning tools to keep the org well maintained healthy
  • Create and manage dashboards and reports to track key performance metrics
  • Implement and maintain automation within Salesforce to streamline processes
  • Maintain direct communication with Enterprise Account Executives to effectively manage opportunities
  • Enable and Train end-users on existing and new tools as necessary
