Requirements

  • 3+ years of BDR/SDR experience

Responsibilities

  • Set the strategy and drive outbound prospecting efforts to generate new client opportunities
  • Support the team in exceeding KPI performance metrics, such as call quotas and scheduled meetings with new clients
  • Oversee the CRM (HubSpot) to ensure the team maintains accurate records of prospect interactions
  • Actively provide coaching to SDRs on sales techniques and best practices
  • Spearhead the development of new initiatives, collateral, and resources to enhance the team's growth and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with other sales leaders to ensure alignment and optimize the team's impact
