Requirements
- Proven track record in enterprise software sales, with a focus on new business acquisition in Germany and Switzerland
- Strong understanding of spend management, procurement, or financial SaaS solutions
- Experience working with partner resellers and digital sales teams to drive new customer acquisition
- Exceptional ability to manage complex sales cycles, engage with multiple stakeholders, and close high-value deals
- Executive presence, self-motivation, and a results-driven approach
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong sense of ownership
- Fluency in German and English required
Responsibilities
- Drive sales activities in Germany and Switzerland, fully focused on acquiring new business with no responsibility for existing customer management
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, taking ownership of the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing
- Work closely with the Digital Sales Team and Partner Resellers to drive joint sales motions, optimize engagement strategies, and ensure effective execution of go-to-market initiatives
- Identify new opportunities, proactively engage with potential customers, and develop strategies to establish Coupaβs presence in the market
- Engage with multiple stakeholders across departments and levels to navigate complex sales cycles and drive high-value engagements
- Identify and execute strategies to expand Coupaβs footprint in Germany and Switzerland, leveraging both direct and partner-led sales approaches
