Summary

Devoted CG is a new platform in Early Access that connects companies with freelance talent for game asset creation. The company is looking for an experienced games industry professional to help grow the platform across various industries. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships, participating in industry events, collaborating with internal teams, and providing insights on market needs.

Requirements

• Passion and knowledge of video games or the video game ecosystem
• Exceptional relationship management skills, with the ability to build and nurture relationships with people at different levels and in different departments of an organization
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks/projects, prioritize workloads, and adhere to tight deadlines while maintaining exceptional attention to detail
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management, peers, and clients
• Demonstrated knowledge of sales and marketing tools and techniques

Responsibilities

• Leverage existing networks and build new relationships across all sectors building games and game experiences
• Build and maintain trusted and long-lasting relationships to achieve targets
• Actively participate in industry conferences and events to promote Devoted CG and identify potential opportunities
• Collaborate closely with internal teams across Devoted CG and Devoted Studios
• Provide insights on market needs and feedback to inform the ongoing development and innovation of the Devoted CG Platform
• Be an evangelist of following company and team processes including CRM excellence
• Work with the CEO and COO to define business development targets, and proactively track/report on progress against KPIs
• Quickly help mitigate any issues clients report in using the platform and follow-up with the client on how Devoted is addressing the issues
