Responsibilities

  • Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing customers in Germany, building strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Generate sales with new and existing customers through physical/virtual meetings, phone calls, emails, and other platforms, as applicable and exceed monthly sales quotas and collection targets
  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential opportunities and trends
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients, increasing revenue and account profitability
  • Identify and target key prospects, initiate and nurture relationships, and convert them into long-term clients
  • Develop and maintain account plans for each customer, setting clear objectives and strategies for account growth and retention

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with the local market and the related industry is a plus
  • Energetic with excellent interpersonal skills, a customer service orientation, and strong team collaboration
  • Innovative with the ability to generate new marketing ideas and strategies
