Senior Business Development Specialist

Summary

The job is for a Senior Business Development Executive fluent in German to boost sales and nurture client relationships in the German market. The person should have at least 3 years of experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Sales-related roles, proficient in both spoken and written business German, and experienced in selling SaaS/apps/software products. The job is offered as an Independent Contractor position and can be done remotely.

• Experience in selling Software as a Service (SaaS)/apps/software products
• Demonstrated sales and customer satisfaction track record, with the ability to thrive in a high-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for new and existing customers in Germany, building strong, long-lasting relationships and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Generate sales with new and existing customers through physical/virtual meetings, phone calls, emails, and other platforms, as applicable and exceed monthly sales quotas and collection targets
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential opportunities and trends
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients, increasing revenue and account profitability
• Identify and target key prospects, initiate and nurture relationships, and convert them into long-term clients
• Develop and maintain account plans for each customer, setting clear objectives and strategies for account growth and retention

• Familiarity with the local market and the related industry is a plus
• Energetic with excellent interpersonal skills, a customer service orientation, and strong team collaboration
• Innovative with the ability to generate new marketing ideas and strategies
