Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in event strategy, trade show management, and corporate event planning, preferably in a SaaS-based B2B technology company
  • Proven experience managing large-scale, high-visibility events with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage complex logistics, and drive alignment across departments
  • Expertise in budget management, cost optimization, and financial reconciliation
  • Strong ability to strategically problem-solve and make real-time decisions under pressure
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adapting quickly to changing business needs
  • Expected travel: 25% but may increase / fluctuate based on business needs

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive event strategy, ensuring alignment with marketing and sales objectives
  • Own the end-to-end event lifecycle, including planning, logistics, execution, and post-event analysis
  • Oversee the development of trade show booths, sponsorships, and marketing activations, ensuring impactful brand presence
  • Manage event staffing, speaker coordination, and audience engagement strategies
  • Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, external vendors, and trade show organizers
  • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Executive teams to ensure events drive measurable business impact
  • Lead internal teams through pre-event planning, execution, and post-event follow-ups, ensuring alignment with key objectives
  • Manage event budgets, contracts, and vendor negotiations, ensuring cost efficiency and ROI
  • Oversee all logistical aspects, including venue selection, exhibit design, travel coordination, and on-site execution
  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices and risk management protocols
  • Develop KPIs and success metrics to evaluate event effectiveness and business impact
  • Conduct post-event reporting, including attendee feedback, pipeline contribution analysis, and recommendations for future improvements
  • Drive continuous innovation in event experiences to enhance engagement and return on investment
