Requirements

  • 5-10 years of experience in account-based marketing within the SaaS sector, focusing on both enterprise and mid-market clients
  • A strong understanding of the SaaS market, including buyer personas and competitive dynamics, is necessary
  • Candidates must possess analytical skills to analyze metrics and performance data to optimize marketing strategies
  • Strong communication skills are essential for effectively conveying ideas to diverse stakeholders
  • The ability to think outside the box and develop innovative marketing solutions is important for success in this role
  • Experience working closely with Account Development Representatives (ADRs) to optimize ABM strategies and enhance lead quality is also key
  • Experience with various Martech solutions: Salesforce, 6sense, Marketo, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Sales Navigator, Sendoso, and Folloze

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales and Field Marketing to select accounts and create highly personalized content,channel strategy, and budgets that drive sales engagement and accelerate cycles
  • Leverage 6Sense to develop and execute targeted content and channel strategies for select account clusters to boost engagement and closed-won deals
  • Support ADRs with account segmentation, personalized outreach content, and campaign coordination to drive account engagement
  • Keep regional sales teams informed on ABM campaigns and results, ensuring seamless alignment on objectives and strategies
  • Use ABM insights to improve field event strategies and drive attendance and revenue impact
  • Track KPIs and apply insights to refine and optimize ABM campaigns for maximum pipeline impact
