Join Right Side Up, a leading growth marketing consulting firm, as the Senior Manager of B2B Demand Generation. This remote role involves owning the execution of the B2B demand generation strategy, from top-to-bottom. You will be responsible for developing and executing tactics to increase demand for Right Side Up's services. Key areas include lifecycle marketing, marketing tech stack management, website management, sales enablement, and paid advertising. You will report to the Director of Marketing and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate possesses extensive experience in B2B demand generation, particularly within the marketing services industry, and a strong command of marketing technologies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, ideally with 3+ years working in the marketing services industry
  • Expert at lifecycle marketing, ideally with exposure to HubSpot and Customer.io (or similar tools) and a strong command of basic HTML
  • Experience building and optimizing landing pages, preferably in Webflow
  • Comfortable executing paid media strategies on Meta, LinkedIn, and Google
  • Highly analytical, with the ability to interpret data and use insights to inform strategic decisions; familiarity with SQL and data integration tools a plus
  • Strong project management chops; highly organized with impeccable attention to detail
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong collaborator who thrives in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment

Responsibilities

  • Own the execution of a comprehensive, full-funnel demand generation strategy that drives brand awareness and lead generation—from building top-of-funnel awareness programs to mid- and bottom-funnel initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience needs
  • Design and execute full-funnel lifecycle marketing strategies that nurture leads, engage clients, and drive long-term loyalty through audience segmentation, experimentation, and new personalization efforts to optimize customer journeys
  • Maintain the company website and create new landing pages to enhance user experience, support marketing campaigns, and drive conversions
  • Measure and analyze demand gen initiatives to demonstrate ROI and program effectiveness; leverage data insights to inform and optimize marketing strategies, creative, and messaging
  • Manage the integration of HubSpot, Customer.io , and internal tools to ensure data hygiene, effective customer segmentation, and reporting accuracy; leverage basic SQL queries to power new campaigns and ensure data integrity
  • Collaborate with cross-functional team members to execute on customer marketing programs that support upsell, cross-sell, and expansion efforts
  • Learn how to run point on paid media execution on Meta, LinkedIn, Google, and other channels

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with, or excitement to learn and work with a tech stack that includes Customer.io , HubSpot, Webflow, Zapier, Canva, ClickUp, Google Analytics, Slack, and Google Workspace products
  • A drive for excellence, a love of learning, and a fascination with all things growth, marketing, and ecommerce—you’ll be talking about them all day, everyday
