Summary

Join HubSpot's Sales Strategy, Planning & Operations team as a Senior Manager, responsible for setting the global sales revenue and headcount plans, demand source plan, and driving the sales forecasting process. You will own insights and analysis of sales and demand source performance, presenting findings to C-suite and other stakeholders. This role involves managing a small analyst team and requires strong communication, data-driven decision-making, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate possesses 8+ years of experience in sales, operations, or related fields, preferably in a global organization, and is proficient in GSheets, Anaplan, Looker, and Google Slides. Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in Sales, Ops, GTM, or related roles, preferably in a global organization
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others
  • Data-driven mindset with a focus on measuring and improving outcomes
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Proven ability to to Get Stuff Done while working with multiple stakeholders across a range of functions [thrives in chaos]
  • Owner operator mindset essential - This is an “in the weeds” management role!
  • You will need to be comfortable living in GSheets, Anaplan, Looker and Google slides day to day to be successful
  • While you’ll be surrounded by a team this role is very hands on and needs someone who can think strategically in the morning and do the math in the afternoon

Responsibilities

  • Set, monitor and adjust the global sales revenue and headcount plans in partnership with our regional strategy teams and other business partners
  • Set, monitor and adjust the global demand source plan in partnership with our demand source teams
  • Drive the global sales forecasting process, make sure we’re on track to hit out monthly goals and spot opportunities and risks before they arise
  • Own insights and analysis [and recommendations] about overall sales and demand source performance
  • Present on the plan and performance to C-suite, Sales leadership and other stakeholders and executives
  • Manage a small but mighty analyst team [2 ICs to start]

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience managing a team is preferable, but not essential

  • Cash compensation range: 154000-246000 USD Annually
  • In addition to cash compensation, some roles are eligible to participate in HubSpot’s equity plan to receive restricted stock units (RSUs)
  • Some roles may also be eligible for overtime pay
