The Senior Partner Account Manager (SPAM) will identify, recruit, manage, and grow partnerships within Mexico and Central America, focusing on existing Resellers, Distributors, and Consultant Partnerships. The role requires fluency in Spanish, a bachelor's degree, and at least 10+ years of indirect channel business development experience with annual partner revenue targets exceeding 1M USD.


  • 10+ years of indirect channel business development experience within enterprise software market s required with average annual partner revenue targets > 1M USD
  • Consistent achievement of 100%+ revenue and sourced pipeline quotas
  • Multi-channel experience and experience working collaboratively with internal direct sales and services team along with partner to close deals is strongly desired
  • Business Intelligence, Statistical Analytics, manufacturing industry experience is a plus
  • Must be fluently bilingual (written and spoken) in Spanish
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • General familiarity with structured value based and/or consultative selling methodologies and processes required


  • Identify, recruit, enable, and manage a partner eco-system within Mexico, and Central America region
  • Manage and grow existing Resellers, Distributors and Consultant Partnerships
  • Drive both recurring and new business revenue growth
  • Exceed sales goals and identify and foster new partnerships
  • Manage the regional partner eco-system to align with Minitab’s global go-to-market plans
  • Drive necessary partner enablement programs and develop and execute annual partner business development plans
  • Provide sales support on sales opportunities, understand and track business pipelines, and leverage the partner customer base for Minitab’s products, solutions and services


This is a remote position, and can be based Texas, Florida, California or Arizona
