Summary

Chainlink Labs is seeking an experienced Sr. People Operations Generalist to join their dynamic team. The role involves handling HR inquiries, managing employee systems and processes, assisting with various programs, creating and managing the HR knowledge base, and supporting employee relations issues. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or a related field, and at least 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management or a related field
• Minimum of 5+ years as an HR Generalist in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Support employees by being the first point of contact with information related to benefits, onboarding, payroll, etc
• Ensure the accuracy of employee data through the management of employee systems and processes
• Assist with programs that reach all employees, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing the best work
• Help create, author, and manage our HR knowledge base
• Assist with analyzing, intaking, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-hire to offboarding)
• Work with the operations leader to support, investigate and resolve employee relations issues

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge and experience with EMEA or LATAM statutory regulations and implementations
• Proficient in multiple languages (both verbal and written)
