Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the Payor and Provider industry
- Bachelorβs degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
- Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
- Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Creative thinker with a passion for understanding customer needs and market dynamics
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
Responsibilities
- Develop and articulate clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences
- Create and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing initiatives
- Develop high-quality marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts that communicate product benefits and value propositions
- Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales tools, presentations, and training materials that enhance product knowledge and drive sales performance
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
- Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and marketing
- Engage with customers and prospects to gather feedback, insights, and testimonials that inform marketing strategies and enhance product offerings
