Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably in the Payor and Provider industry
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and marketing products
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly
  • Experience with digital marketing strategies and tools
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Creative thinker with a passion for understanding customer needs and market dynamics
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and articulate clear and compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with target audiences
  • Create and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans for new product launches and feature releases, ensuring alignment with sales and marketing initiatives
  • Develop high-quality marketing content, including product collateral, case studies, whitepapers, and blog posts that communicate product benefits and value propositions
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales tools, presentations, and training materials that enhance product knowledge and drive sales performance
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and strategies, providing regular reporting and insights to stakeholders
  • Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive approach to product development and marketing
  • Engage with customers and prospects to gather feedback, insights, and testimonials that inform marketing strategies and enhance product offerings
