Summary
Join Precisely's Sales Engineering team and play a pivotal role in driving the technology evaluation stages of the sales process. You will collaborate with various teams to overcome sales obstacles, primarily serving the Americas sales organization. This role involves presenting Precisely's solutions to clients through demos, workshops, and pilot projects, identifying cross-sell opportunities, and providing consultative solutions across multiple business units. You will contribute to improving presales team efficiency and provide feedback to product managers. The position requires significant experience in presales, customer success, or related fields, strong relationship management skills, and familiarity with cloud environments. Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in any of the following functions: presales or customer success or product management or professional services or engineering or technical support
- Proven relationship management experience, with the ability to communicate with, present to, and influence both technical and operational stakeholders all the way up to the C-Suite
- Experience with Cloud environments for example - AWS, MS Azure
- Experience with SAAS architecture and Cloud computing
- Needs to have a growth mindset, loves to learn, seeks challenges, and is determined to achieve them
- Open to travel 30% of the time if needed and when safe to travel
Responsibilities
- Participate in all aspects of the sales process to ultimately interpret and address client requirements with an innovative and collaborative mindset
- Present the value of the Precisely solution to clients in various stages of the sales cycle in the form of custom demos, workshops, proof of concepts/value, pilot projects, assisted trials
- Ability to identify and drive cross sell opportunities. Demonstrate and speak to the cross-functional capabilities to address enterprise level customer challenges across Data Management practice. Examples β Data Quality, Data Governance, Master Data Management, Data Integration, Location Intelligence etc
- Provide consultative solutions spanning across multiple business units and technology domains not limited to Precisely solutions
- Improve efficiency of the presales team, contribute to creating reusable demos, documents, and other assets
- Provide open and transparent feedback to product managers to further develop the Precisely products and solutions
- Be a Precisely brand ambassador at trade shows, conferences, and other marketing events
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data management (quality, governance, integration, MDM) tools and solutions would be a plus
- Prior experience in B2B software company
- Expertise in PAAS/SAAS/IAAS
- Experience in AI based technologies
