Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in B2C or B2B sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Expertise in consultative selling, negotiation, and building customer rapport
- Proficiency with CRM systems and remote productivity tools (e.g., Pipedrive, Talkdesk, Front)
- Availability for flexible schedules, including weekends (40+ hours per week)
- Reside in Latin America or the Caribbean (except Argentina and Jamaica)
- Laptop/desktop with at least 16GB RAM and Core i5 (10th Gen or higher) or AMD Ryzen 5 (4th Gen or higher)
- Reliable internet (10mbps upload, 20mbps download), noise-canceling headset, and power backup
- Growth-oriented, with a proactive approach to learning and improving
- Empathetic and customer-focused, creating meaningful relationships through sales interactions
Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume leads from qualification to closing
- Conduct outbound calls, respond to inbound communications, and deliver quotes to maximize conversions
- Leverage CRM tools to track and prioritize follow-ups effectively
- Apply advanced sales techniques, including negotiation and objection handling, to meet customer needs
- Build strong relationships with customers, educating them about Ergeonβs offerings
- Provide tailored recommendations to create a seamless buying experience
- Partner with PMs and CSRs to deliver an exceptional sales experience
- Share customer insights and feedback with the Sales Team Leader
- Help refine sales tools, processes, and training materials
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience launching new markets, products, or campaigns
- Prior remote work experience and adaptability to dynamic sales environments
